Where are you based and which regions do you serve?

Our headquarters are located in Souliou 41 Street, Agios Dimitrios, Attica. We are capable to support premium projects in Greece and Cyprus depending on the requirements.

Can I visit your showroom to experience the systems in person?

Certainly. We believe that automation and audio are experiences to be felt. You can schedule a private demonstration at our premises by appointment to experience the full capabilities of our systems.

Do you handle projects outside your local area?

Yes. Our team travels for the supervision and configuration of projects wherever needed, ensuring that Mosfero's quality remains consistent, regardless of location.

How much does a custom automation or audio system cost?

Every Mosfero project is bespoke. The cost depends on complexity, materials, and the scope of integration. We provide a detailed quotation following an initial consultation.

Is there a fee for the initial consultation or site visit?

The initial discovery meeting to understand your needs is complimentary.

What is the typical timeline for project completion?

The timeline aligns with the progress of the construction or renovation. We are involved from the initial wiring drawings to final configuration, ensuring we are ready exactly when needed.

When is the best time to involve you in the construction process?

The ideal stage is during the initial architectural design. Early planning allows us to integrate technology invisibly into the infrastructure, avoiding retrofits and unnecessary costs later.

Do you work alongside my architect or interior designer?

Close collaboration with your architectural team is core to our process. We ensure that keypads, speakers, and sensors complement your interior design without disrupting it.

Can you coordinate with my own electrical contractors and engineers?

Absolutely. We act as the central hub of collaboration. We provide the necessary blueprints and guidance to your contractors, supervising the implementation to ensure a perfect result.

What exactly is the role of a System Integrator?

A System Integrator is the "conductor" of your building's technology. We design, program, and unify different systems (lighting, climate, audio, security etc.) so they work as a single, intuitive whole rather than isolated gadgets.

What kind of support do you provide after the project is finished?

Our relationship with the client doesn't end at handover. We provide comprehensive after-care, remote maintenance options, and future upgrades to ensure your system remains at the cutting edge.

Is it possible to expand or upgrade my system in the future?

Do you provide technical support for the equipment I purchase from you?

Are your solutions compatible with other systems and platforms?

We focus on products based on open standards (such as KNX, DALI). This means the materials you purchase from Mosfero offer maximum compatibility and don't "lock" you into a single manufacturer.
